1. Agreement

By creating an account or using LifesOS (web or mobile), you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. The service

LifesOS is a personal productivity application for organizing finance records, schedule events, nutrition/wellness entries, places, insights, and optional AI assist. It is not a bank, payment processor, social network, or medical device.

3. Eligibility

LifesOS is intended for adults. Do not use the service if you are under 13.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep your password secure.

5. Acceptable use

Do not abuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the service
Do not upload unlawful content
Do not use AI features to violate applicable law or third-party rights

6. Your content

You retain ownership of content you create. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate LifesOS features you use (including AI processing you initiate).

7. AI features

AI assist is optional and may be unavailable at times. Outputs can be inaccurate; verify important information before acting on it.

8. Availability

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features and platforms (including testing tracks) may change.

9. Disclaimer

LifesOS is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement where legally allowed.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LifesOS and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data/profits arising from your use of the service.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create security risk.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after material changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
