How to delete your LifesOS account
In the app (recommended)
- Open LifesOS and sign in.
- Go to Settings (Profile).
- Open Danger zone.
- Tap Delete account.
- Enter your current password and type
DELETE. - Confirm. Your server account data and local session data on this device will be removed.
By email
Email minhkhoa90@gmail.com with subject Delete LifesOS account and include your username. Verified requests are typically processed within 7 days.
What is deleted
- Account credentials (login disabled / removed)
- Synced lifestyle snapshot data
- AI conversations associated with the account
- On-device lifestyle data when deletion is completed in-app
What may be retained briefly
Anonymized operational logs and soft-delete audit markers may be retained up to 30 days for security and legal compliance, then purged in the ordinary retention cycle.
